If you’ve ever been to Vegas, you’ve probably seen Ultimate Hold’em Poker. A couple people recommended that I write it for the iPhone…so here ’tis. Hope everyone likes it. As always, let me know what you think.

Busy busy busy…Here’s a list of the upcoming minor changes that will be released over the next few days (depending on how fast Apple approves them). All of these are fixes/changes requested by customers. As always, emailing me or leaving comments on the blog is the best way to get new features in the games, and I always appreciate the feedback, good or bad.

iCanSketchIt v2.3

• Added quit button that will allow users to easily quit the game without having to exit.
• Added a ‘Reset Personal Scores’ button in the settings areas

Colorblind v1.5

• New version will have a much bigger thumb image on the RGB Sliders. This will make it easier to grab/touch.

Triple Card Poker v1.2

• $1000 chip added

Ride It Out Poker v1.4

• $1000 chip added

Ride It Out Poker v1.5 (Thanks Kelly!)

• A-2-3-4-5 Straight will be recognized
• The game will be altered to be ‘pull’ based. Currently it is push based. It works the same, but I’m going to attempt to be a little more authentic to the Vegas experience.

There is a whole lot more in addition to this…I have roadmaps for all of the games and have timelines that I’m trying to stay on top of…but bugging me usually works the best and gets features in the fastest.

It was beginning to look like it could be a long long winter for Beer Finder (A.K.A Drunken Haze and Beer Goggles)….but Apple redeemed themselves and graced us with their stamp of approval on the very PG-13 Beer Finder game.

In hindsight, I made a rush to judgement in an earlier post. The actual balance board is a quite complex piece of machinery. Nintendo, I apologize.

My girlfriend’s dad’s company computer ‘blue screened’ yesterday. Wow…great OS Microsoft. Neither were hardware related. What makes it even worse is that GeekSquad said they couldn’t even look at the computer for 8 days…and when they did, it would cost (base price) $399. WOW.

All of these problems could have been solved (or avoided) if they were Macs. Need I say more?!? Even if your Mac has a catastrophic problem, all you have to do is go to the Apple Store (which you can do the SAME DAY), and you’ll have a new loaner computer before you walk out. Even better, with Time Machine, you just plug it in and you have everything back the way it was….too easy.

My brand new work laptop blue-screened and now, when it boots, I get the ‘UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME’ error. Sweet. Just another reason to buy Mac for those of you not yet convinced.  I can’t describe how much more productive and how much more pleasant working on a Mac is rather than a Windows-based PC. And I haven’t even had my Mac for 6 months yet….WOW.
